If you believe the shipping cost to your country could be lower, please
let us know so we could adjust the zone rate.
(It is manually priced by us. Depending on the pricing, we
reserve our right to choose from UPS or USPS First class/Priority
services )
Taiwan:
We provide "Table Rate - Best Way" if you are in Taiwan area.
The Wait time for imported goods to arrive in taiwan
depends on the product availability (One to Two weeks to Taiwan.)

Return Policy:
We provide Satisfaction Guarantee. All of our products
are new and in the original manufacturer's packages. DOA Return policy is
30 days. All other Returns must be received within 30 days from the
delivery date. All returns must be in original condition. (including:
packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories) Please allow us up to 10
days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. Please
note: Returns will not be accepted without Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable
carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will
reimburse your credit for the purchase price of the item, less the
original shipping fee and less the restocking fee of 15% if applicable.
Items with manufacturer's defects:
Please return the defective product. You may ask to have the product
replaced.
Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur
a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit.
Refused / Undeliverable Packages:
Incorrect Address, Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address, Address
Format, Other Address Problems. Failed Delivery Attempts. Refused by
Recipient.
15% restocking fee and return shipping will be applied to all Refused /
Undeliverable Packages.
